About Me
Hi! I'm Isabella, a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant (2020-2021), Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society member, & recent University of Iowa Honors graduate. I earned Highest Distinction in my graduating class, with a B.A. in Psychology, a B.S. in Anthropology, & a Spanish minor.
During my time in university, my passion for educating others grew through career & leadership experiences. In working as an independent tutor, course assistant, & workshop facilitator, I've supported students from 6th grade to college-level in multiple subjects.
Online support can help learners navigate their education, including the switch to remote instruction. I currently have slots open for 6th - 12th graders & college undergraduates. Lessons are available for individuals or pairs.
My model works like this: I learn how your student (or you) learns best, & then I help them (or you) learn better. It's a team effort to build sustainable study skills for long-term success.
I've developed effective lessons tailored for individual students & groups to target specific needs & goals. 20 minutes of the first 60 minute lesson are always FREE to ensure that we're a good fit.
