General Terms & Policies:

Payment

• Client agrees to pay Isabella Senno Tutoring the agreed upon price for tutoring services.

• Client will be charged based on the specialized session length agreed 

  upon. 

• Payment must be rendered in full by weekly invoice due date; current payment platforms are Chase QuickPay with Zelle, Venmo, & PayPal.

• No refunds are available at this time.

Scheduling / Cancellations​

• Sessions must be scheduled 24 hours in advance to allow for session preparation. It is the client''s responsibility to ensure that their appointment time fits their schedule. 

• Cancellations are accepted with 24 advance notice.

• No-show appointments are subject to a charge of 50% of the session price.

Tutoring Outcomes​​

• Client agrees that assignments or exercises form an integral part of tutoring & undertakes to complete such work thoroughly & promptly.

• Client understands that Isabella Senno Tutoring does not guarantee specific outcomes as a result of tutoring. Tutoring is meant to help provide structure & support, but final grades, etc. are client's responsibility.

Parents / Guardians 

• Where the client is a legal minor, the parent / guardian shall enter into this tutoring agreement on the client's behalf and shall accept & agree to all the terms & conditions contained herein.
